Range of Products

The pipes extruded with SEVENSTARS technology ranging from sewage disposal and rainwater drainage, to sanitation and heating technology, to energy supplying, gas and drinking water.

Extrusion lines
for production of pipes

SEVENSTARS designs and implements complete plastic pipe extrusion lines based on extruder technology, suitable for production of thermoplastic pipes with diameters starting from a few millimetres up to 1,600 mm.

SEVENSTARS lines enable the production of product types for various applications: from rigid pipes with wide cross-section to flexible pipes with small diameter, from monolayer to multilayer products, from smooth to corrugated pipes.

Features:

Extrusion lines for pipes are able to process several types of plastic materials:

soft and rigid, transparent, supercharged PVC, or combined with acrylic resins

PO, Polyolefins such as PE (Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), HDPE, LDPE

CPVC (Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride)

PVC- or Polyolefin-based WPC

Applications:

thanks to their resistance and reliability,the pipes produced with our extrusion lines are used in many fields and for a number of different uses:

  • construction- pipes for transport ofliquids, for high pressure or for drainage;

  • conduits- smooth corrugated or spiral pipes:

  • agriculture - pipes for irrigation, drip irrigation, braided pipes;

  • petrochemical - transport of gases and hydrocarbons;

  • medical - small pipes for medicinal porducts, pump pipes, dental pipes;

  • automotive - air conveyance pipes, cable pipelines;

  • telecommunications - cable protection pipes.

  • Pipe specifications:

Sevenstars systems are manufactured according to the specifications required by the single customer, with complementary machines tailored to the production goals. our goal, from the design process, is the fulfilment of the requirements of pipe manufacturers, thus ensuring high productivity and a good melt homogeneity, in addition to further attention to noise reduction.

Our extruders are suitable for processing of all plastics used pipe applications, like:PVC, CPVC and PP, PE, ABS, PPO, PEX, PPS, PA, Fluor Polymes as well as adhesive materials and EVOH.

What is the application of Plastic pipe extrusion machine? PVC PPR HDPE pipe extrusion machine is used to produce pipes with different diameters by replacing extrusion dies. It can produce every size of pipe in the area of the agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc. It can produce the conduit pipe, pressure pipe, water pipe, drainage pipe, etc.

What is the future of PVC pipe? The PVC pipe market was valued at $6.3 billion in 2021, and is projected to reach $12.1 billion by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 5.5% from 2022 to 2031.

How is Plastic pipe extruded? A pipeline produces process is material preparation - mixing material - feeding material -thermoplastic - extrusion - forming - cutting. Extrusion is a process that involves creating objects of fixed cross-sectional profiles. The process is used for different types of materials that include PVC PPR PP PE HDPE. include Plastic Corrugated pipe.

What is the manufacturing process of pipes? How plastic pipes are manufactured? Pipes are first and foremost produced through an extrusion process. The raw material is feeded into the extruder via a hopper and a gravimetric or volumetric control system. Inside the extruder barrel the material is heated up to the melting point around 200°C by electricity and the friction in the screw system.

What are the four categories of PVC pipe? PVC pipes are generally categorised into four: PVC-U unplasticised PVC), C-PVC (chlorinated PVC), PVC-O (molecular oriented PVC) and modified PVC. Besides sharing many of the same properties, each type of PVC has its own advantages for different applications.

Which is stronger HDPE or PVC? PVC pipes are stronger and stiffer, so they can be mechanically joined to valves, non-plastic fittings. A major drawback is water leakage through these joints. The softer and more bendable HDPE pipes provide leak-free joints to prevent water leakage.

Which is better HDPE or PE? The Difference Between HDPE and PE Pipes, HDPE is a type of PE pipe. However, HDPE pipes are more durable than other PE pipes because they come with high melting and impact points. HDPE pipe is tough, resistant to chemicals, resistant to corrosion, and light in weight.

Which is stronger HDPE or PP? Density is a key factor that differentiates HDPE from PP. Because HDPE has a lower density, it can be more rigid. Thanks to its lower density, though, PP, can be used when moulding parts with lower weight. Like HDPE, Polypropylene offers good chemical resistance.

Which is stronger LDPE or HDPE? LDPE is well known for being widely used in plastic bags as its low density makes it light and flexible, rendering it perfect for this kind of application. HDPE, on the other hand, is harder and offers higher strength and better resistance to heat.

What is HDPE pipe used for? HDPE pipe is used across the globe for applications such as water mains, gas mains, sewer mains, slurry transfer lines, rural irrigation, fire system supply lines, electrical and communications conduit, and storm water and drainage pipes.

What is the lifespan of PVC? Because PVC is immune to corrosion, a minimum service life of at least 100 years can be expected. This figure is supported by a number of independent studies, as well as the experience of many long-term users of PVC piping systems.

What is the lifespan of HDPE pipe? The typical benchmark for HDPE life expectancy is 50 years; however, per the Plastics Pipe Institute, HDPE pipe used in municipal potable water systems can have a lifespan of over 100 years.

How is plastic tubing extruded? The extrusion process starts by feeding plastic material (pellets, granules, flakes or powders) from a hopper into the barrel of the extruder. The material is gradually melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the barrel.

Is pipe manufacturing profitable? PVC pipe manufacturing unit is a good business opportunity which has big market and highest expected profitability.

How can I start a small pipe manufacturing business? We can assist to some extent. For material formula, machine, operation, cost & profit, etc. Regarding technical support, we will supply operation instructions, video guides, and online support. And we can supply field installation, commissioning and worker training.
